The Streamline Lift is a 9-speed understable distance driver. With published flight numbers of 9 / 5 / -2 / 1.5, it is most often described as suited for hyzer-flips that stand up to flat for distance, long, controlled turnover lines.
Overview
The Streamline Lift is a speed-9 understable distance driver rated 9/5/-2/1.5, designed for a straight, easy-to-control flight.[1][3] Streamline describes it as an understable distance driver with a slightly domed profile that produces a straight flight, part of the brand's 19 mm Speed 9 Driver Class alongside the Flare.[1] The high-speed turn and gentle 1.5 fade make it a forgiving driver that holds anhyzer and flips up readily from a hyzer release.[1][3] Streamline is part of the MVP family of brands, and the Lift's neutral-stable feather chart places it among the easiest speed-9 drivers to control for developing arms.[1]
Flight characteristics
Flight numbers describe the published behavior of the disc when thrown at its design speed. Real-world flight varies with plastic, weight, age, and thrower power. The community-averaged numbers above reflect crowd-sourced observations from real throws — typically slightly more understable than the manufacturer's published values, which is the most consistent pattern across nearly every commercial mold.
Recommended uses
Hyzer-flips are where the Lift earns its name — start it on a gentle hyzer and it stands up to flat and rides forward for effortless distance.[3] It's a strong choice for long turnover lines, controlled woods drives, and tailwind shots, and lighter weights give slower arms accessible range.[1][3] The Lift comes in Streamline's Neutron and Cosmic Neutron premium blends plus Proton, Electron, and the glow Eclipse plastic, all built on a comfortable 19 mm rim.[1]
Best for:
- Hyzer-flips that stand up to flat for distance
- Long, controlled turnover lines
- Tailwind and downhill drives
- Accessible distance for developing arms
- Shaping right-finishing lines in the woods

Plastics & variants
The Lift is available in the following plastic blends from Streamline:[1]
Neutron, Cosmic Neutron, Proton, Electron, Eclipse
Plastic blend significantly affects flight character. Premium plastics like Champion, Z, or C-Line generally fly more overstable when fresh and hold their stability over time. Base plastics like DX, Pro, or Active beat in faster and become more understable workhorses with use.
History
The Lift was PDGA-approved on April 17, 2019, certification number 19-36.[2] It launched as Streamline+Discs">Streamline Discs' understable entry in the 19 mm Speed 9 Driver Class, joining the more overstable Flare and Shift in that lineup.[1] Streamline is one of the MVP+Disc+Sports">MVP Disc Sports family of brands (alongside MVP and Axiom), and unlike MVP's and Axiom's overmold construction, Streamline molds are single-material discs aimed at a more traditional feel.[1] Built on a 21.2 cm diameter with a 2.0 cm rim, the Lift is certified to a maximum weight of 176 g and is commonly sold in the 165–175 g range.[1][2]
